Please be mindful that we are a small boutique curating a selection of  beautiful girls clothing, both formal and dressy casual.  We carry limited quantities in our collections. ONLINE ORDERS (Canada):

For online orders that are shipped, all regular priced items may be returned at the store until January 15th 2024 (Holiday Return Policy) for a FULL REFUND.

For online orders that are picked up at store, all regular priced items may be returned at the store until January 15th 2024 (Holiday Return Policy) for a full refund.

A  Return Authorization must be requested by January 15th 2024. An RA is not required if the item is returned at the store. A thorough inspection of the item will occur at the store prior to refund.

We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. You will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for shipped online returns.

Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package and inspection of the products. Items not accepted due to wear or damage will be returned to you at your shipping cost.

Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. There must be no damage (including perfume, makeup or deodorant remnants) to the product. Baby shoes, hair accessories. hats, socks & tights, undergarments, swimwear, pacifiers and jewelry are a final sale.

SALE ITEMS may be exchanged or returned for a store credit by January 15th 2024. Items 40% off or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes.

For online orders that are shipped, all regular priced items may be returned at the store within 14 days from the date of arrival or shipped back to the store by January 15th for a FULL REFUND.

A  Return Authorization must be requested by January 15th 2024. An RA is not required if the item is returned at the store. A thorough inspection of the item will occur at the store prior to refund.

You will be responsible for return shipping fees. All orders must be returned USPS with adequate insurance and tracking.  You must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving  your order.
