We offer FULL REFUNDS on all purchases with the exception of  Dresses, Partywear and Baby shoes.  The details and product exceptions are in the information below. 

Please be mindful that we are a small boutique curating a selection of  beautiful girls clothing, both formal and dressy casual.  We carry limited quantities in our collections. Although it is always tempting to order multiple dresses and multiple sizes, please be courteous to other customers by purchasing what you actually need.  If you need help with sizing and styles, please feel free to give us a call at 416-519-9084.

ONLINE ORDERS:

For orders that are shipped, all regular priced items (excluding Dresses, Partywear and Baby shoes) may be returned at the store within 5 days from the date of arrival or shipped back to the store within 5 days from the date of arrival for a full refund. Items returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original labels attached. There must be no damage (including perfume, makeup or deodorant remnants) to the product. Dresses & Partywear may be returned at the store within 5 days from the date of arrival or shipped back to the store within 5 days from the date of arrival for an exchange or gift card. Baby shoes are a final sale

A  Return Authorization number must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order and shipped back within that  time. The RA must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package to be returned.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for loss or delay of packages or damages during the return shipping. Please ensure your return shipping is with proper tracking and adequate insurance.

Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and refunded back to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package and inspection of the products. Items not accepted due to wear or damage will be returned to you at your shipping cost. 

SALE ITEMS may be exchanged or returned for a store gift card within 5 days of receiving your order.  Items 40% off or greater are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes.

There are no refund/exchange/credit on hair accessories. hats, socks & tights, undergarments, swimwear, pacifiers and jewelry.

ITEMS purchased online with a STORE PICK UP maybe be returned for a full refund (excluding Dresses, Partywear & Baby shoes) within 5 days from the date of purchase (not the date of pick up)

Additional information for USA & International Customers: 

To avoid incorrect customs and duty charged please mark your package as  "RETURNED UNWANTED CANADIAN MERCHANDISE" on the customs declaration form. Items that do not have this designation may be charged additional duties and fees which will be deducted from your refund.

Sometimes life happens so if your return exceeds the 5 day window, we offer a exchange or gift card up to 14 days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges are made after 14 days.
